Q. How does the creative process work for you?
A. I itch if I don't make stuff.

Q. What are your favorite flavors of taffy?
A. Citrus flavors. Other stuff is too sweet.

Q. Gronbeckistan?
A. Gronbeckistan is a small nation occupied by me and whoever's in my general vicinity. This website is its propaganda arm.

Q: What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
A: I like sorbet. I had two that were really good, one lime and ginger, one lime and lychee. Both were light, neither was too sweet. I don't eat dairy ice cream, but I also think it's really disgusting, so no loss there.

Q: What were your favorite cartoons growing up?
A: Going chronologically, when I was really little I liked Peanuts. I got into the Far Side when I was about ten, and that's probably my all-time favorite cartoon. Gary Larson is a genius, and unlike some people in comics, he resigned rather than having his stuff start sucking. I also liked Bloom County, although I didn't get into that until after Berkeley Breathed had stopped doing it. Calvin and Hobbes was good, although I'd probably have a better appreciation for it if I knew more about philosophy. Currently I like Sylvia and Boondocks.
That's it for print cartoons. My favorite cartoons on TV were Superfriends and Scooby Doo.
