Peter Boothe is a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Oregon. He has taken classes in the evolution of networks, graph theory, and more network research group seminars than he cares to count, as well as a host of other courses. His advisor is Andrzej Proskurowski, and his DRP (in the final stages of preparation) is about a new algorithm for graph reduction systems. Prior to graduate school, he worked at a small engineering firm called Gordian for two years, where he was sole maintainer of EZWebCon, and also did the occasional bit of C, C++, Perl, Python, and shell, as needed. Prior to working he attended Harvey Mudd College where he was a Joint Major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
He has been interested in public policy and the internet for quite a while, but is only now beginning to do something about it. Contact info is available at his personal website.
